Shopping for your boudoir session can be super exciting but also feel a little bit overwhelming. If you’re anything like me and lingerie isn’t really your thing…that’s ok…I gotchu! There are a few things we do together to prepare your boudoir looks, the first is creating a mood board based on how you respond to my welcome questionnaire. Based on your responses, I can a better idea of your boudoir vision and can make some recommendations for outfits that I feel confident would work.

BUT, before shopping online or in-person, I highly recommend shopping your closet first. Pieces to look out for:

leather jackets or blazers

oversized sweaters

flattering tank tops

those perfect pair of boy shorts that look really cute on

a plain well fitting bra in a neutral color

a plan white t-shirt

your partners favorite shirt – this can be a band tee, collared shirt…anything!

Even accessories – hats, necklaces, gloves…get creative!

Boudoir is not just about traditional lingerie, it can be anything that makes you feel beautiful! And that is what I love most about it.
